The premium video & Photo tour is everything and then some. Your videographer/photographer will come out to film and take photos of every inch of the property, inside and out up to 3,000 sq. ft. and beyond for residential properties. The final 30 second, 60 second, and 2 minute videos will include 8 featured neighborhood attractions and landmarks, with an agent intro, interview, and voice over of property description. Each video will be delivered branded and unbranded, utilizing royalty free music from various libraries of musc. We will also deliver 30 edited high resolution photos to compliment the video.
